Arabic digits - 3.39%, 1/30, 0.039225 - that reflect the ratios between the territory of the Balkans and the rest of the World's landmass are presented on a screen. The white numbers pulsate on black background. The sound consist voice of different people pronouncing the ratios between the Balkans and the World's landmass one after other in each languages of the Balkans countries. All questions and problems regarding the aforementioned Balkans and the rest of the World, are thus synthesized by the authors by the ratio between the corresponding numbers.
